Server Governance Notice
These rules apply to every member of Blue Life Roleplay across all Discord channels and FiveM game servers. Staff members possess full system logs including voice logs, telemetry, and player actions. Exceptions exist solely at executive staff discretion.
Article 1: General Guidelines
1.1
Language Requirement
All members must communicate in English across text and voice channels, unless another language directly enhances an active roleplay scene. Vulgar language is permitted in voice chat.
1.2
Member Interactions
Permanent Ban
All members must treat one another with respect and kindness, regardless of rank, position, political view, race, or background.
1.3
Community Representation
Permanent Ban
All members must represent Blue Life Roleplay respectfully and professionally at all times, both inside and outside community spaces.
1.4
Advertisement Restrictions
Permanent Ban
Members may not promote or advertise external servers in any voice channel, text channel, or direct message, unless approved as an official partnership by Community Management or above.
1.5
Game & Discord Display Names
All members must use readable names free of special characters, including in-game color tags (~color~ codes). Inappropriate identifiers are strictly prohibited.

Dual Clanning Policy
Leadership Review
Dual clanning occurs when a member holds a supervisory or staff-level position in one department while simultaneously holding a whitelisted or staff role in another server. This is strictly prohibited. Punishments are evaluated case-by-case by leadership.

Backstage Recruiting
Permanent Ban
Inviting members of Blue Life Roleplay to external servers without their explicit, unsolicited request is strictly prohibited.
Article 2: RTO Operations
2.1
RTO Purpose & Mic Discipline
Radio Traffic Operations (RTO) are strictly reserved for Emergency Services operational comms. Joking, casual chatter, or shouting over frequency triggers immediate strikes. Mute microphones while eating or producing background noise. Push-to-Talk or Toggle-Mute is mandatory.

Departmental Discipline
Each RTO strike results in formal disciplinary action enforced by High Command. Accumulating three (3) total strikes results in immediate discharge from the department.
Article 3: Discord Community Standards
3.1
Racism: Zero Tolerance
Immediate Permanent Ban
Prejudice, discrimination, slurs, or antagonism directed at any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, or nationality is zero-tolerance.
3.2
Instigating Community Drama
Spreading false rumors or deliberately stirring toxicity among community members is prohibited.

Engaging in arguments in public text/voice channels or contesting staff decisions publicly is prohibited. Private direct messages are excluded from this rule.

Direct Removal & Report
Members must strictly comply with Discord's official Terms of Service. Violations trigger immediate server expulsion, unappealable game bans, and reports to Discord Trust & Safety.
Article 4.1: Serious In-Game Infractions
4.1.1Random Deathmatch (RDM)
Permanent Ban
Killing or attacking another player without prior valid roleplay interaction and setup.
4.1.2Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
Permanent Ban
Using a motor vehicle as a weapon to ram, strike, or kill players without valid roleplay context.
4.1.3Trolling & Harassment
Permanent Ban
Intentional provocation, disruptive behavior, or harassing players solely to ruin scene quality or elicit reactions.
4.1.4Meta-Gaming
Utilizing out-of-character (OOC) information obtained via streams, Discord, or third-party comms inside character roleplay.

4.1.5Fail RP / Fear RP / New Life Rule (NLR)
Performing actions unrealizable in real life, failing to value life under gunpoint (Fear RP), or returning to scenes after character incapacitation/death (NLR).

4.1.7Staff Impersonation

Falsely claiming staff authority, displaying fake tags, or attempting to issue staff actions without clearance.

Disconnecting or leaving the server during an active staff sit or support inquiry.
4.1.9Combat Logging
Disconnecting from the server while engaged in active roleplay, pursuits, arrests, or gunfights without staff authorization.

4.1.10No Intent to Roleplay (NIRP)

4.1.11Prohibited Sexual Content
Zero Tolerance Permanent Ban
Erotic roleplay (ERP) or sexual themes are strictly prohibited. Any involvement or depictions containing minors results in immediate permanent ban and law enforcement escalation where applicable.
4.1.12Priority RP Cooldown Violations
Initiating major priority scenarios (bank robberies, hostage situations, shots fired) or minor priorities (pursuits) during priority holds or active cooldowns.

Utilizing third-party cheat software, mod menus, duping glitches, or geometric map exploits to secure unfair combat or monetary advantages.
4.1.16In-Game Chat Abuse & OOC Arguing
Contesting RP scene outcomes or arguing with players via in-game text channels (/ooc, /me).
